A busy Tuesday

Yesterday Orion and I went to visit Grandma and Grandpa for a while. He had lots of fun playing at their house and slept all the way back home. We also did some shopping yesterday and found some great deals which made me happy. The other pictures are us playing before bedtime.

The great pumpkin

The other night after Orion went to sleep Kevin carved a pumpkin while I went grocery shopping. Sounds like another exciting night in the Holmes Household! Next year Kevin can pass some of his carving talent on to Orion. We also took this video that night, Orion was doing doughnuts in his walker and we were laughing so hard, of course when Kevin got the video camera he spent most of his time staring at the camera and not walking!

Ode to Jen

Our friend Jenny loves Fall. So, in her honor, we took some scenic pictures last weekend. In case you didn't know, she's the monkey in the middle.

New playground

Yesterday to celebrate turning another year older I got to spend the day with my two favorite boys! We took Orion to the new playground and he loved it. It made me wish that I was a kid again because this is the best playground I have ever seen. Plus the playground has a huge mirror! I was also very impressed that Orion kept his hat on the entire time, Kevin swears that he kept it on because it is a Packer hat!

We went to Grandpa Bob's last Saturday to help haul wood and of course eat lots of food. Orion loves to play with his cousins and of course he gets no attention at all when we are all together!

Just like Grandpa

Orion loves playing the drums, just like Grandpa Bob. Hadley let Orion borrow her drums last night when we were there for a visit and he was playing with them all morning. We have to work with him a bit because he really likes to flip them over and pound on the bottom instead of the top!

New friend

Orion got this cute puppet from Auntie Dawn and he just loves it. He loves to have the little green antenna in his mouth all the time as you can see from the pictures. Thanks Auntie Dawn!
