Happy Thanksgiving

We had a nice day today with the usual Thanksgiving tradition of Kevin bowling in the morning and then having turkey when he got home. Orion tried his first turkey today and it's hard to tell if he liked it or not. He ate a few pieces and got some potatoes in his hair again!

It's all about food!

Orion had so much fun feeding himself with this spoon tonight. We had mashed potatoes EVERYWHERE but it was worth it. He usually has to be holding a spoon while he eats anyway but tonight I actually put some potatoes on the spoon and he knew right away that he should put the spoon in his mouth. Then of course he started moving his arm up and down and there was food on the floor, on the top of the high chair, and all over his outfit. We just took off his outfit and went straight to take a bath.

Chair

We took Orion to the doctor today because he has been a little under the weather the past few days. We found out that he now weighs in at 20 lbs and 8 oz!!!! We also found out that he has a double ear infection, poor thing. This little video was taken when we got home because I promised someone I would update today. Lately he has been standing up by the chair and shaking it back and forth, we have no idea why!

Learning new tricks

Orion makes me laugh!

I got home from work last night and Kevin told me that I had to check out the camera. I started to cry a little while watching this video because as much as I want him to grow up I also want him to stay little. He is learning so much everyday now, he couldn't figure this toy out the day before but now he knows exactly what to do. We are both so amazed by him!

Sunday fun day

Jen and Jason came out to watch the Packer game with us today. Orion sat on Jason's lap most of the day reading books which was really cute. The last picture Kevin took last night while he was sitting all by himself reading.
