Reading with Lauren

I picked up Lauren today and she is staying with us for the entire week. As soon as we walked in the house Orion got a HUGE smile on his face and has been by her side all night. Every time she leaves the room he looks at me and says "Lulu?". He already has her reading every book in the house to him. We are very happy that Lauren is here!!!

Silly boy

This is how Orion likes to eat now, taking bites all by himself instead of having us cut little pieces for him. It's great to finally have teeth! The red stuff on his face are pieces of strawberry.



This is a clip of Orion watching Tommy's video. I wish I would have gotten the first reaction because as soon as the song starts and he hears "Boom Boom" he said that and started dancing. Tommy will hopefully sing the song for Orion next time we see him.

We went to visit Hudson on Sunday and the highlight of the day for me was that Hudson said "Becky"! Even Sarah heard him say it so I wasn't just imagining it. It melted my heart!

More laughs

Last night Orion decided he did not want to go to bed at 7 like a good boy and needed his Mommy to rock him for a while. Since he was quite tired he was quite ticklish! You can hardly see him but you sure can hear him in the video. The other clip is from today, he makes the cutest "roar" sound when you ask him what a lion says.....he sounds like a girl lion though!

He threw a ball and was pointing to where it went so Mommy could go and get it for him!

Orion has seemed to be interested in learning about going potty lately, so we bought a little potty for him. Tonight he looked at us and said "pee" and so we told him he could go on the potty and he had to run and get a book first. He is too much!
